DOOM: The Dark Ages looks to up the ante once more with even more outrageous gameplay. Release date and start time information is crucial, as it tells us all when we can start cocking our Super Shotties and charging some big guns.
A life without DOOM would be like the home of the Devil—Hell. Phobos and Deimos feel like a lifetime ago as id Software’s modern-day DOOM reboots have grown exponentially. True, we’re still Knee-Deep in the Dead, but DOOM: The Dark Ages shows how far the series has come.
From a handful of Imps to full-scale medieval warfare, DOOM is a bigger proposition than ever. Read on for the latest DOOM: The Dark Ages release date and start-time info.
DOOM: The Dark Ages Release Date

DOOM: The Dark Ages has an official release date of May 15 for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC.
This is mostly in keeping with the release schedule of recent DOOM titles. The 2016 reboot was followed by DOOM Eternal in 2020. We’ve had to wait one more year, sadly, but based on the DOOM: The Dark Age‘s scale and sickeningly gorgeous polish, it should be worth the wait.
We’ll update you if Bethesda or id announces a delay—although we would all go Berserk if this happens.

Does DOOM: The Dark Ages Have Early Access?
Early Access is available for DOOM: The Dark Ages, but is only accessible if you secure the Premium Edition.
The Standard Edition should be fine if you’re happy to wait for launch. But if your Chainsaw fingers are getting itchy, you should consider upgrading to the Premium Edition—costing $99.99 or £99.99.
Doing so grants you 2-day Early Access.
The marketing for DOOM: The Dark Ages has been nothing short of huge so far. WWE’s Drew McIntyre made an unreal entrance as the Doom Slayer at Wrestlemania 41, and Bethesda has reveled in showing off the new Cosmic Realm.
