As the months move into October, College Football 27 has received another update, and this one adds a small but potentially useful change for players on defense.
EA Sports has released details for Title Update 5, with the update introducing a new option for players using Ballhawk while also addressing a handful of gameplay issues.
The biggest addition to gameplay is the ability to strafe while using Ballhawk, giving defenders another movement option when trying to make a play on the football. That’s not the only gameplay change in the update, though. EA has also addressed several issues involving quarterbacks, defensive adjustments and interceptions, including a particularly odd situation that could result in an interception being ruled a safety.
Those changes are joined by updates and fixes across Dynasty, Road to Glory and Ultimate Team.
College Football 27 Title Update 5 Also Adds New Uniforms
As has become pretty standard with College Football 27 updates, Title Update 5 also brings some new uniform and helmet additions to the game.
Several schools are getting new looks, including Air Force, Arizona State, Cal, Duke, FIU, Fresno State, Iowa, Marshall, Minnesota, Navy, Oregon, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, Utah State, and Wake Forest.
EA has also made a number of other changes throughout the game, including fixes to EA Sports Network, Dynasty Coach Goals, Road to Glory, and Ultimate Team.
There are also several smaller presentation and audio fixes included in the update.
