In a post on social media, Geoff Keighley announced that the game will make an appearance during the show in “a massive way”.

As far as what will be shown from the game, that wasn’t confirmed. However, it could be expected that players will get a new trailer along with a look at gameplay for the latest game in the long-running series.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 was first announced as part of the Xbox Games Showcase back in June. The game will be a sequel to 2012’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 2.
“The year is 2035 and the world is on the brink of chaos, ravaged by conflict and psychological warfare following the narrative events of Black Ops 2 and Black Ops 6,” the game’s description reads. “With cutting-edge technology in hand, the Black Ops team led by David Mason must fight back against a manipulative enemy who weaponizes fear above all else.”
Developer Raven Software, one of the studios working on the game, was part of the recent layoffs that took place across Xbox.
