How to Get The Break Free Pack in Borderlands 4

Borderlands 4 has plenty of secrets to uncover. While the best loot is often hidden away behind a powerful boss, there are freebies to take advantage of—including the Break Free Pack that has been made available.

While you’re on the hunt for the best legendary drops in Borderlands 4, and looting everything in sight, it’s important to keep your ear to the ground to take advantage of any bonuses that Gearbox provides.

The Break Free Pack is the latest free reward available, released to celebrate the successful launch of the game, and this guide has all the details on how to redeem it.

To claim the Borderlands 4 Break Free Pack, you need to redeem the specific SHiFT Code into the game and ensure you have signed into a SHiFT Account.

Borderlands 4 regularly offers goodies, including Golden Loot Keys, with SHiFT Codes, so it’s certainly worth connecting your account. Here’s the exact steps to claim the Break Free Pack.

  1. Sign in to your Gearbox SHiFT Account, or sign-up.
  2. Select the ‘Redeem’ Option
  3. Enter this code: JS63J-JSCWJ-CFTBW-3TJ3J-WJS5R

Codes can be entered from within Borderlands 4 itself, or you can enter the code on the SHiFT website and have the rewards waiting for you the next time you enter the game.

What Does The Borderlands 4 Break Free Pack Include?

The Break Free Pack in Borderlands 4 provides a Break Free Vault Hunter skin, useable by any character, 2 ECHO-4 Drone Skins, and the Legendary Ripper Shield, Firebreak.

Of the rewards, the Legendary Ripper Shield is certainly the best, as it has an ability that triggers a Nova on three enemies that deals damage whenever the Energy Shield breaks.

Once the code has been entered, all the rewards are available to claim in-game. However, it’s worth remembering that the Legendary Ripper Shield scales to your current level, so it might be worth holding off on opening it until you’ve reached a higher level, but that’s entirely your call.
