Battlefield REDSEC represents the next step of the Battlefield 6 journey, and while the franchise is looking ahead, sometimes you have to remember what came before. The PS4 and Xbox One graced us with earlier Battlefield games, so let’s see if Battlefield REDSEC is just as fortunate.
We will forever have love for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One era. It was probably the last significant step-up in quality from one game generation to another. Can You Play Battlefield REDSEC On PS4?

Battlefield REDSEC is not available to download and purchase on the PS4, and the only way to experience Battlefield 6’s battle royale mode is through the PlayStation 5.

You can’t play REDSEC (or BF 6) on PS4, and Battlefield 2042 is the closest you’ll get. You can also check out the possibility of buying Battlefield 6 on Amazon if you’re considering upgrading to current-gen hardware.
Can You Play Battlefield REDSEC On Xbox One?
Xbox One owners also have to join this sad club, as Battlefield REDSEC is also not on older Xbox hardware.

The unbelievable explosions and real-time crumbling and collapsing are because Battlefield 6 is designed specifically with the power of PS5 and Xbox Series X|S in mind, and there is no need to make any compromises, limiting the game’s potential.
