How to Redeploy Teammates in Battlefield 6 REDSEC Battle Royale

Battlefield 6’s long-awaited Battle Royale mode, REDSEC, has officially launched with the start of season 1, and knowing how to redeploy teammates is crucial in pursuit of victory.

REDSEC has some big differences from other Battle Royale titles, like the inclusion of tanks and other vehicles being available on the map, and there are some twists to the established formula in the genre.

Without your teammates in support, success in Battlefield‘s REDSEC Battle Royale is likely a pipe dream, but we’ve got all the important details on how to redeploy your squad with ease.

Redploying teammates in Battlefield REDSEC Battle Royale can only be done in specific locations, but the mechanics are slightly different to other Battle Royale games.

Unlike games like Fortnite, for example, you don’t need to collect anything from your teammate’s body to unlock the ability to revive them, and any dead teammates will be redeployed when you successfully activate a redeploy station.

You also don’t need to hold onto a button to trigger a redeployment, as it is automatic. Instead, remain in the area highlighted green until the redeployment is completed—and bring any surviving teammates along too, as redeploying is quicker if more than one player is in the zone.

The mechanic works similarly to other objective modes in Battlefield 6, showing how many teammates are in the zone, the progress you have made, and whether any enemy players are in the zone. If the same number of enemy players are in the area as teammates, redeploy progress will be stalled.

Beware, though, as redeploy stations make a lot of noise and are easily spotted by enemy teams on the map, so be prepared for a firefight.

Constant communication with teammates is also necessary, as redeploys are automatic in the early stages of a REDSEC match when the timer runs down, similarly to Fortnite Reload and Rebirth in Warzone. When this feature is enabled, you won’t need to reach a Redeploy Station, and you just need to survive until your squad returns.
