After nearly passing Hogwarts Legacy in concurrent Steam users during its launch weekend on PC, Baldur’s Gate 3 continues to perform well even on platforms it’s not on yet, specifically PlayStation 5.
As of writing, Baldur’s Gate 3 is the most pre-ordered game on the PlayStation Store.
The game currently sits in the top spot ahead of other upcoming games like Madden 24. Mortal Kombat 1, and Marvel Spider-Man 2.

“Abducted, infected, lost. You are turning into a monster, but as the corruption inside you grows, so does your power,” the game’s description reads. “Forge a tale of fellowship and betrayal, sacrifice and survival, and the lure of absolute power. Caught in a conflict between devils, deities, and sinister otherworldly forces, you and your party will determine the fate of the Forgotten Realms.”
Baldur’s Gate 3 launches on September 6. For those hoping for an Xbox version, that might not be coming until 2024 at the earliest.
