Baldur’s Gate 3 Figurines Maker is Offering Full Refunds for the Set

The company behind the official Baldur’s Gate 3 miniature figurine set now offers full refunds to those “unsatisfied” with the final product.

WizKids Offers Full Refunds on Baldur’s Gate 3 Figurines

WizKids recently posted an update (thanks Kotaku) for the officially licensed Baldur’s Gate 3 Character Boxed Set on their website. The company states, “We missed the mark on this goal with the D&D Icons of the Realms: Baldur’s Gate 3 Character Boxed Set.” Hence, they are offering a “full refund to those who are unsatisfied with their set.”

WizKids acknowledged the backlash their Baldur’s Gate 3 figurines set received and is taking it “seriously”. They are investigating the issues and taking measures to make right with buyers who were “negatively affected” and ensure their future products and reprints are not launched with such problems. Moreover, players should also be able to take full refunds from their local retailer if they return the set to the point of purchase.

For those wondering, WizKids recently released their officially licensed Baldur’s Gate 3 figurine set, and to put it lightly, the fans weren’t happy about the finished products. The finished product didn’t match the designs that were marketed. The figurine set players received was of bad quality, with little attention to design. Some had morphed faces with paint smudges all over. You can see it all in this Reddit post.

In other news, Baldur’s Gate 3’s final patch is out; learn more about it here. Also, Larian Studios has moved its full attention to the next game.
