Sony has announced the free monthly games for PlayStation Plus subscribers coming in August.
As per usual, PlayStation is offering three games to all members of the Essential plan and above at no extra cost. And once you add the games to your library, they will be available to download as long as you have an active subscription.
Three Games And A Special Bonus
All of these new games will be available from August 4 until August 31, and one of them is even a day-one release.
Starting with the games in August, the first is Dying Light 2: Stay Human – Reloaded Edition. Released in 2024 as a major update to 2022’s initial launch, the Reloaded Edition of Dying Light 2: Stay Human features the game’s first story DLC called Bloody Ties.
The second game coming to players is a day-one release on PlayStation Plus. Big Walk is a multiplayer co-op adventure game where you “set out with your friends through a wide-open world full of challenges, puzzles, and discoveries.” The game comes from developer House House and is available for all members.
The final game is the PlayStation 4 title Signalis.
Aside from the games, there’s also a special Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls PlayStation Plus Pack. Available starting on August 6, this pack will include the following:
- Five Avatars inspired by characters from Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls, featuring Captain America, Storm, Spider-Man, Doctor Doom, and Ghost Rider.
- A set of in-game Result Screen Character Poses featuring 20 characters, including Spider-Man, Ms. Marvel, Star-Lord, Peni Parker and more.
Users can get the special PlayStation Plus Pack for Marvel Tōkon: Fighting Souls from August 6, 2026 through August 6, 2027.
