Atomic Heart Multiplayer Spin-Off The Cube Announced at Summer Games Fest

Mundfish had plenty to show off at Summer Games Fest, including the reveal of The Cube, an MMORPG set in the Atomic Heart universe.

Having showcased a detailed trailer for Atomic Heart 2, Mundfish then unveiled a spin-off game from the series, called The Cube, with a trailer of its own.

In the trailer, a mysterious giant cube appears in the sky, creating the battlefield that players will explore and face off against each other on. Watch the full trailer below.

A Spin-Off in the Atomic Universe

The footage showed off plenty of weapons, enemies, and characters to control, with fast-paced, frantic action, a variety of weapons, and lots to sink your teeth into.

No release date for the game was announced, though it was confirmed that the title will arrive on PC and consoles—presumably Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5, although there is the potential for Nintendo Switch 2 following the major hardware upgrades.

More details will come in the months ahead, and, given the detailed look we got of the title, hopefully it won’t be too long until we can dive in ourselves.
