A gameplay walkthrough of Assassin’s Creed Jade, which is the mobile offering of Assassin’s Creed from Ubisoft has leaked online.
The videos were uploaded by user iMobile Gaming, who seemingly uploaded the content during its closed BETA and under an NDA. You can watch the footage below:
The over two hours of Assassin’s Creed Jade gameplay footage shows off the game’s combat, customization, and more. It’s unclear how long the game is from release, but the likes of the voice acting suggest that we could still be a way out from its official release date.
Officially, Assassin’s Creed Jade is described as the first open-world Assassin’s Creed title built for Android and iOS and is being developed by Ubisoft and Level Infinite.
“Create your own assassin as you leap into Assassin’s Creed Codename JADE, a brand-new mobile open-world game set in Ancient China! Discover the Assassin’s Creed open-world experience optimized for a seamless experience with touch controls. Parkour on the Great Wall, sneak through bustling cities, discover secret locations, and journey through diverse environments with Ancient China as an epic backdrop”, the official game’s description reads.
The game received a brand-new trailer at Ubisoft Forward 2023, but no official release date was given. Assassin’s Creed Jade isn’t the only mobile game from Ubisoft without a release date either, as the publisher also aims to release Rainbow 6 Siege Mobile and The Division Mobile in the next couple of years too.
