We’ve admittedly seen a stack of Grand Theft Auto 6 content over the last couple of years. We’ve had multiple trailers, a massive 28-minute gameplay walkthrough, countless screenshots, and some… leaks emerge. This has resulted in us getting a very good picture of the GTA 6 map in all its glory, and we also know stacks of the in-game locations we’ll get to explore very soon.
But what locations have been revealed? What are the major regions of Leonida, the in-game replication of Florida and the surrounding area in GTA 6? What are the spots we’ll need to check out when the game launches on November 19th?
Let’s dive in and review all the GTA 6 locations revealed thus far.
All Major GTA 6 Locations
There are six major regions in Leonida, as revealed by Rockstar Games through official channels.
Vice City

The core city and urban/metropolitan area at the heart of GTA 6. This has been showcased most prominently in the many trailers that have uncovered the game’s fundamental elements, and it’s where you’ll spend most of your time in GTA 6.
Leonida Keys

The Leonida Keys replicate the Florida Keys, and they’re representative of a tropical-style island region with boating, reefs, coastal communities, and waterfront properties. You’ve got blue ocean, white sands, and plenty of money out here.
Grassrivers

Grassrivers is Leonida’s wet, swampy outback, complete with waterways, marshland, and stacks of wildlife. We’ve seen Jason and Lucia powering through this area in fanboats and the like in some gameplay snippets, and it looks dense and threatening.
Port Gellhorn

This industrial, coastal settlement is home to a more rundown atmosphere, far away from the neon lights and glittering beaches of Vice City. It’s more commercial and a bit more depressing, but still ripe for exploration.
Ambrosia

Ambrosia looks like another dense, industrial region, complete with refinery infrastructure of some kind. Ignore that it’s named for the food of ancient gods, as that’s probably a misnomer of sorts, given how dire the setting looks.
Mount Kalaga National Park

The sprawling national park we’ve seen in GTA 6 trailers is Mount Kalaga, a rural retreat away from the harshness of the urban environment. It’s enormous and is teeming with wildlife. GTA 6 has more animal species than any Rockstar game ever made.
