The wait is almost over, as Lacrosse 26 is set to end the eight-year drought of Lacrosse video games. It’s a big moment for the sport, and many fans will hope that it sells well to prove that there’s a market for it, but that begs the question: where can you play Lacrosse 26?
With so many platforms to choose from these days, ranging from consoles to PC, it’s a reasonable question to have, especially when exclusivity is constantly a talking point.
Well, Insider Gaming was able to drop exclusive details surrounding Lacrosse 26, and we can also share which platforms it’ll be available on when the game officially launches—find out for yourself below.
Is Lacrosse 26 On Xbox?

It’s great news for Xbox Lacrosse fans, as Lacrosse 26 will be launching on both the Xbox Series X|S, and you’ll be getting it first.
Practically every sports title makes its way onto consoles, so it’s no surprise that Lacrosse 26 is heading onto Xbox Series X|S. In fact, Xbox fans will be getting Lacrosse 26 first, as there have been some minor difficulties porting it to another popular console…

That being said, if you’re still rocking past-gen consoles, like the Xbox One, you won’t be able to play Lacrosse 26, as it’s a current-gen exclusive. It’s certainly that point in the generation now where new releases are leaving the old consoles behind, and it’s no different with Lacrosse 26.
Is Lacrosse 26 On PlayStation?
Lacrosse 26 will be launching on the PlayStation 5, though if you’re picking up the game at launch, you’ll have to wait a bit longer than Xbox fans.
As alluded to above, Crosse Studios ran into some minor problems when readying the game for its PlayStation 5 launch, resulting in a five-day delay. Thankfully, there aren’t any issues beyond that, and the game will be fully playable on the PS5 once it’s up and running.
Is Lacrosse 26 On Nintendo Switch?
Unfortunately for Nintendo fans, Lacrosse 26 will not be playable on either of the Nintendo Switch consoles.
It’s always a shame to see Nintendo miss out on titles, as the hardware often proves to be an extra hurdle for developers to navigate. Still, if Lacrosse 26 is popular enough, there’s always the chance it could wind up on Switch consoles in the future, though that’s pure speculation—as things stand, no word has been given on a Nintendo port.
Is Lacrosse 26 On PC?
This might be a surprise to many of you out there, but Lacrosse 26 will not be launching on PC: it’s a console exclusive.
Unlike the Nintendo Switch, though, the developers have made it clear that a Steam release is most certainly on the cards. However, that will be focused on once they deem the game in a “good place to support it.”
