It wouldn’t be a new Ubisoft game without various editions to consider, including a super-duper edition. This is why we’re revealing the first details on the Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Collector’s Edition.
Even some AA and indie games get Collector’s Editions now, so it shouldn’t surprise you to learn that Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced will have one, and blisetering barnacles, it has some cool stuff.
First Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced Collector’s Edition Details
If you’ve been following our leaks here at Insider Gaming, you’ll know that we’ve revealed Resynced’s release date, the bombshell that it doesn’t include DLC or multiplayer, and that the Animus is back with new content.
Well, the leaked presentation ended with a cannon-sized bang: A sneak peek at the Collector’s Edition.
While we won’t be sharing pictures for obvious reasons, Insider Gaming can share that it includes the following items:
- A big, shiny black-finished Collector’s Edition box.
- A beautiful figurine of Edward Kenway sitting on a treasure chest.
- A notebook featuring in-game lore about Kenway, including his diary entries and thoughts.
- A brooch.
- A map.
The only thing officially shown during the presentation is the statue, but the other items are real, we can assure you. There are also some other ‘goodies’ not discussed; presumably a copy of the game, because it would be a crime worthy of a keelhauling if it didn’t!
Unfortunately, the presentation doesn’t reveal how much it costs, but we can assume it will set you back a hundred dollars or two.
