After the success of the original game, it was only a matter of time until Obsidian Entertainment eventually made The Outer Worlds 2, but are you ready for the pre-order bonuses associated with the game?
If the game is coming out on your platform of choice, there are only a couple of options for you to look forward to.
Here are all of The Outer Worlds pre-order bonuses and the editions available to buy.
The Outer Worlds 2 Pre-Order Bonuses

The pre-order bonus for The Outer Worlds 2 is called Commander Zane’s Anti-Monopolistic Battle Pack. It is quite a mouthful, but there is an additional bonus for those who pre-order the Premium Edition.
Commander Zane’s Anti-Monopolistic Battle Pack comes included with armor styled around Commander Zane’s armor, as well as a pet drone, a pistol, and a dagger.
If you decide to pre-order the Premium Edition of The Outer Worlds 2, you will gain access to the game five days earlier than standard edition buyers and Game Pass subscribers.
All The Outer Worlds 2 Editions & Prices

There are only two editions available for purchase for The Outer Worlds 2: Standard and Premium. Unfortunately for people extra excited for another round of fighting back against corporations, there is no collector’s edition or special statue bonus or anything. In fact, the Xbox version of the game will not even receive a physical copy of the game, with only the PS5 version getting a disc version.
The Standard Edition comes with The Outer Worlds 2 game, and that is it. Unless you buy the game before launch and get Commander Zane’s Anti-Monopolistic Battle Pack, you will not get anything extra. For Game Pass Ultimate subscribers playing the game on day one, this is the version of the game you will have access to. It costs $69.99 for anyone not playing with Game Pass.
The Premium Edition of The Outer Worlds 2 costs $99.99 (or there is a $29.99 upgrade pack for Game Pass subscribers) and comes with the five-day early access listed above. Additionally, two future DLC story packs are planned to be released for the game, and buying this version of the game will let you access those packs for free when they are released. As of this writing, we don’t know the details of the DLC.
Premium Edition buyers will also earn access to a digital art book and soundtrack for the game. The last bit of content you get for this purchase is another long-named in-game content pack called Moon Man’s Corporate Appreciation Premium Prize Pack. It comes with a Moon Man helmet, a Moon Man staff, gun, and an alien rat pet.

The Outer Worlds 2 may start at $69.99, but the original price was going to be a bit more expensive. You can learn more about that situation here.
