Similar to other Pokémon games, redeeming Mystery Gifts in Pokémon Champions requires the use of a special menu option.
As always, an internet connection is required to access the Mystery Gift feature, but given that Pokémon Champions requires a constant internet connection to play, this shouldn’t present any issues.

Unlike other games, however, redeemed rewards are not immediately activated, and there’s an extra step for redemption.
The steps below outline the exact process to redeem Mystery Gift codes in Pokémon Champions.
- Log in to your Pokémon Champions account.
- On the main menu, select the ‘Submenu’ option in the bottom-right corner.
- Scroll down to the ‘Mystery Gift’ option.
- In the pop-up that appears, enter the required code and select confirm.
- Close the pop-up that appears confirming redemption, and close the Submenu.
- Select the ‘Mailbox’ option at the bottom of the screen.
- Open the message containing the reward you have earned.
- Confirm the redemption of the reward.
