We’re seeing more and more roadmaps released around the time of a game’s launch. Grounded 2 is out now in early access, and with early access comes a long-term plan—this being a 2025 & 2026 roadmap loaded with content desperately waiting for you to check it out.
If you didn’t have enough nightmares about being chased by oversized ants, spiders, and various other horrendous garden creepy crawlies the first time around, Grounded 2 returns with its unique brand of miniaturized survival gameplay. Obsidian is having a busy 2025 with Avowed, The Outer Worlds 2, and now Grounded 2.
The latter is our focus today, and 2025 (and 2026) are looking bright for Grounded 2 owners.
Grounded 2 Roadmap—Fall 2025 Update Content
Fall—AKA September to December—brings new recipes, a fresh boss, armor, weapons, and much more in the first major update.
