Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is set to receive a major update introducing two major additions, including the long-awaited New Game+ mode.
Released in December 2023, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora has received several updates in the years since, including DLC content, and the next big update is set to arrive later this year.
Third-Person & New Game+ in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora

A video published by Ubisoft revealed the two new additions coming to the title in a free update on December 5, which introduces “two of the most requested features from the community.”
New Game+ allows players to replay the story with their current inventory and skills, opening the door to facing tougher enemies, unlocking a new Skill Tree, and getting access to stronger gear.
Third-person mode, meanwhile, allows players to “experience Pandora from a whole new perspective with the push of a button,” which brings “a new sense of scale, freedom, and immersion.”
The free update arrives in Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora two weeks before the release of the next movie in the franchise, Avatar: Fires and Ash, so it’s set to be a busy period for fans of the franchise.
The new update will be available for the DLC story packs that have already been released, The Sky Breaker and Secrets of the Spire, and follow on from quality-of-life updates including a 40 fps mode and revamped Hunter’s Guide.
