Secret Agent Wizard Boy and the International Crime Syndicate just received its 1.1 update. The Harry Potter PS1 clone is exactly how you’re probably picturing the game, only it has missiles, laser traps, and the ability to bludgeon people unconscious with baguettes.
One of my earliest PS1 memories is playing Harry Potter and The Philosopher’s Stone. I was an impressionable youngster caught up in the Harry Potter fandom. Aside from the incessant call of “FLIPENDO,” the game’s graphics have gone down in folklore—I ask you to Google PS1 Hagrid.
Secret Agent Wizard Boy and the International Crime Syndicate pays homage to it and more.
