New details for the upcoming Nvidia GeForce RTX 5080 Super graphics card have found there way online. Known leaker Kopite7kimi, who’s information is often closest to official specs before they are announced, the RTX 5080 Super is shaping up to a slightly more powerful GPU than it’s RTX 5080 predecessor.
According to the leaker, the RTX 5080 Super will feature a GB203-450 GPU and 10,752 CUDA Cores. That puts it at the same number as the base RTX 5080. Where it differs, however, is in memory, speed, and bandwidth.
Kopite says that the RTX 5080 Super will feature 24GB of GDDR7 VRAM on a 256-bit memory bus. It will also feature speeds of 32Gbps, putting it ahead of the RTX 5080’s 30 Gbps and even the RTX 5090’s 28Gbps.

Lastly, as far as power goes, it’s expected that it will be a 400+W card. That’s slightly higher than the 360W of the base RTX 5080, but still far below the 575W of the RTX 5090.
There was no mention of when Nvidia may reveal this new card, nor was any price hinted it. The company has yet to announce any RTX 50 Series Super cards, but, based on the details of the leak, it could happen sooner rather than later. Until things become official, however, be sure to take the specs with a grain of salt.
