Fallout Season Two Teaser Reveals Release Window and Setting

Prime Video and Kilter Films have released two new teasers for Fallout season two. The award-winning, live-action adaptation of the post-apocalyptic game series turned heads when it was released in April 2024, and it’s set to do so again this year.

The newest teasers feature a series of commercials fronted by Walton Goggins’ Cooper Howard and a shot of The Ghoul (Goggins) and Lucy (Ella Purnell) walking towards an iconic city.

New New Vegas

Prime Video released the first Fallout season two teaser earlier today, revealing that the next batch of episodes will drop in December 2025, exclusively on the Amazon platform.

In April 2024, the first season of Fallout received critical acclaim and global praise for a faithful representation of the 25-year-old franchise. Fans worldwide fawned over the new characters, familiar setting, and immersive story.

Here’s the first teaser for Fallout season two:

In this shot, we see the instantly recognisable landscape of New Vegas, the setting from the game of the same name, released way back in 2010. We’ve known that this will be the setting for the second season for some time, but this is the first time we’ve seen our protagonists heading into the city.

The next teaser was a little meatier:

In this teaser, Cooper Howard walks through a series of commercials, promoting products such as Nuka Cola (which he hates), an atomic sunscreen product, and the Lucky 38 casino, one of the most recognisable locations from Fallout: New Vegas.

Fallout season two will be released this coming December. Let me know how excited you are on the Insider Gaming forum.
