Roadcraft presents a unique challenge, as players restore sites devastated by natural disasters. Here is everything you need to know about whether the game will be available on PlayStation, Xbox, or PC.
From the minds behind MudRunner and Snowrunner, Roadcraft is the latest series entry. Roadcraft features online co-op multiplayer and puts you in the shoes of construction workers tasked with reviving areas ravaged by floods, sandstorms, and other natural disasters.
Using a wide array of machinery and vehicles, players must clear debris, replace faulty equipment, rebuild roads and bridges, and more with materials they find around the map. It’s much easier and more fun to call upon the help of friends to rebuild, so let’s take a look at what platforms the game will be on.
Can You Play Roadcraft on PS5?

Roadcraft is on PlayStation 5, but the game will not be available on PlayStation 4.
Players can purchase Roadcraft digitally on the PlayStation Store for $39.99. Or, the Rebuild Edition will set you back $49.99, and it comes with a new vehicle type and Rebuild Expansion. Saber Interactive did not reveal what’s included in the Rebuild Expansion.
The simulation title was not optimized for PS5 Pro, meaning all you need is a base version of the console to enjoy the best experience.
Can You Play Roadcraft on Xbox Series X|S Platforms?
Roacraft is also available on Xbox Series X|S.
It was confirmed on the Microsoft Store that Roadcraft has been optimized for Series X|S. However, Microsoft did not share what sort of optimization that entails.
Additionally, the title was not listed as an option for Game Pass subscribers and wasn’t included in the Wave 1 titles for May, so don’t expect to see it on Xbox Game Pass.
Can You Play Roadcraft on PC?
PC users can also play Roadcraft via Steam.
It is currently unknown if you can play the game on the Steam Deck. In saying that, we do know that the game features full controller support, meaning you can use Xbox or PlayStation controllers.
While it makes more sense to use a controller for some games, it’s usually better to use a PC and mouse for more precise control over your actions in simulation games like this.
In other gaming news, GeoGuessr launched on Steam and became the worst-rated game, a GTA 4 Remaster could drop later this year, and a Battlefield Labs gameplay leak revealed the return of a BF5 gameplay mechanic, but it’s worse.
