Xbox Game Pass could be the best value in gaming today, with hundreds of games being available to play at the push of a button for a low monthly fee, and the library is expanding every month. One of the most enticing aspects of Xbox Game Pass is that every first and second-party title from Microsoft and its studios gets added, meaning you never have to fork out money to play games such as Halo, Forza, and Gears of War, as well as all of the highly anticipated releases for 2024.
The second half of October 2023 is packed with seven new games coming to Xbox Game Pass, as well as a trial to try out an upcoming game before it releases. Here is everything that is coming to Xbox Game Pass before the end of the month.
- Like A Dragon: Ishin! (Cloud, Console, and PC) – October 17th
- F1 Manager 2023 (Cloud, Console, and PC) – October 19th
- Cities: Skylines II (PC) – October 24th
- EA Sports UFC 5: EA Play Early Access Trial – October 24th
- Dead Space Remake (Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC) – October 26th via EA Play
- Frog Detective: The Entire Mystery (Cloud and Console) – October 26th
- Mineko’s Night Market (Cloud, Console, and PC) – October 26th
- Headbangers: Rhythm Royale (Cloud, Console, and PC) – October 31st
- Jusant (Cloud, Console, and PC) – October 31st
The highlights of this list are Cities: Skylines II and Dead Space Remake. Cities: Skylines II will be launching on day one on Xbox Game Pass, so PC players will be able to check out the game without spending any money upfront if they’re already a subscriber to the service.
Dead Space Remake was released in January 2023 so it is still a fairly recent title which makes it a great addition to Xbox Game Pass. The game took the original game from 2008 and elevated it with new graphics and gameplay mechanics, and it is one of the scariest games of the year and one we highly recommend.
