WWE Generations: Eras Collide Announced for Mobile

WWE Generations is a new mobile game featuring strategic trios battles and teams made up of WWE Superstars from multiple eras.

News of this game first surfaced through a trademark filed by WWE. Now, an Android app store listing has appeared from Scopely. In the past, Scopely has also worked on WWE Champions, a match-3 mobile game. A trailer has also appeared via the listing.

The official listing describes this game as the ultimate WWE RPG. It’s also described as a turn-based experience. Most WWE mobile games focus on the different generations of wrestlers. These games also allow for wrestlers who don’t typically appear in console games to be featured. As of yet, there’s no official release date for this game. The full description can be read below:

Step into the ultimate WWE RPG and experience intense 3v3 battles.

Build your team with Superstars from all eras to become the greatest manager of all time in this action-packed turn-based RPG.

  • Collect & Upgrade Superstars – Unlock Superstars from all eras and level them up
  • 3v3 Team Battles – Build your ultimate team and compete in strategic battles

WWE mainly releases only one generation per year. WWE 2K26 is the current iteration of the annual experience. The game features several legends in its own right. Demolition, Brian Pillman, Kelly Kelly, and more are all part of DLC packs in the title. Learn more about the WWE 2K26 DLC here.

Insider Gaming will continue to monitor all things regarding WWE Generations: Eras Collide and share any important updates. How do you feel about the new mobile game? Would you prefer WWE release more than one console game yearly? Sound off about this story and all others in our official Discord server.
