As someone with too many video games in a growing collection that’s mostly a backlog, I love a good game sale. If Steam hosts a sale, I’m there refreshing until it starts. If only we could still have flash sales on Steam, though. But anyway, will there be a Summer Game Fest sale?
Is There a Summer Game Fest Game Sale?
On Steam, an official Summer Game Fest page is live and accessible through your web browser. It’s not yet available through the desktop app, at least so far as I could find by searching through the store, but it features a handful of upcoming games and a few game sales.
For the most part, the page will host the live stream of Summer Game Fest, along with Day of the Devs and Devolver Direct, following immediately after SGF 2024. Following the page, you’ll see a handful of titles, such as The First Descendant, Palworld, Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, Once Human, Monster Hunter Wilds, Zoochosis, and more. Many of these titles are currently listed as ‘Coming Soon.’
However, you can purchase a few on sale right now, like Party Animals, which features a 20% discount at the time of writing. I’m sure we’ll see additional discounted titles, such as Palworld, during the showcase.
