At the time of writing, there is just one day left for Singles and Doubles players to climb the ladder to receive better ranked rewards.
Following that, Pokémon Champions Season M-2 will begin with a fully reset ranked ladder and a brand new battle pass.

Pokémon Champions Season M-2 will begin as soon as M-1 ends, though the game will undergo a three-hour maintenance first.
The season will then last just over a month, concluding on June 17.

Will There Be New Pokémon in Pokémon Champions Season M-2?

Pokémon Champions Season M-2 is part of Regulation Set M-A, so it will have the same rules as Season M-1.
Therefore, there will not be any new Pokémon and likely no new items in the second season.
New Pokémon will be added come the release of Season M-3 and Regulation Set M-B on June 17.
However, Season M-2 will bring a new Premium Battle Pass with Gengar, Skarmory, and Kanghaskhan as well as 48 Quick Coupons and 10,000 Victory Points (VP).
