Two Point Museum, which dropped just over a year ago, has picked up a very rare accolade on Steam, Valve’s digital storefront. In the last 30 days, every single review that Two Point Museum has secured has been positive.
All-time, the game has managed to rack up 95% positive reviews, earning it the categorization of ‘Overwhelmingly Positive’, a prestigious token that all games aspire to unlock. It’s worth stressing that even the highest-rated games of all time on Steam don’t have 100% positivity in their recent ratings.
Steam’s Users Absolutely Love Two Point Museum
Two Point Museum, from Two Point Studios and SEGA, is a charming and beloved museum management simulator title. It was released on March 4, 2025, and quickly stormed up the review charts, earning top marks from all comers. For some, it’s the best entry in the Two Point franchise, and it’s as entertaining as it is challenging (sometimes).
It was just a few days ago that the game’s most recent title update, the 9.0 patch, dropped, showing how invested Two Point Studios still is.
Then, today, the team posted a message on social media pointing out a new accolade:
True enough, in the last 30 days (at the time of writing), Two Point Museum had secured 134 user reviews, every single one of which was positive. That’s dramatically rare in the gaming space, especially given how critical the general gaming audience can be, and often is.
To put that into perspective, the top-rated games of all time on Steam come close but can’t touch Two Point Museum in the recent review stakes.
Terraria, officially the highest-rated Steam game (per Steam250), has 95% positivity in the last month, and the second-place game, Stardew Valley, has 98% positivity. Left 4 Dead, Valve’s 2009 zombie shooter, has 96% positivity in the last 30 days, and Euro Truck Simulator 2, a whirlwind success of a game, has 96% positivity.
Of course, we’re talking just over 100 reviews versus several thousand, but the sentiment still stands!
