The Finals Season 2 Is Coming On March 14

Embark Studios has announced that The Finals Season 2 will launch on March 14 across all platforms.

“The rogue hacking group CNS have infiltrated the show, but the show must go on,” Embark says. “Season 2 brings an entirely new map, new gadgets, a new specialization, new weapons, a weekly- rewarded career circuit, a revamped ranked league, private matches, and much more!”

Season 2 will feature new gadgets like the Gateway which is a standard portal creator; the Data Reshaper, a device that changes elements of the environment around you; a Dematerializer that allows you to remove obstacles in your way ; and an Anti-Gravity Cube that allows players to “manipulate gravity to send debris, cashout stations, and even contestants toward the sky”.

There’s also a new game mode called 5 vs 5 Power Shift along with the aforementioned new map that looks like something straight out of Tron.

The Finals is available now for free on PC, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.
