During the latest Xbox Partner Preview event, players got to see new gameplay for The Expanse: Osiris Reborn.
The title is set to be released in Spring 2027, and players will have Day One access through Xbox Game Pass Ultimate. Additionally, a closed beta for Xbox Series X/S is scheduled for April 22, 2026. The latest gameplay trailer for The Expanse: Osiris Reborn features new weapons, abilities, the Exploit system, and introduces two additional companions.
Coming to the beta details, players received access to a full mission from the game’s story where you and your twin return to your base, Pinkwater 4 station, on a mysterious ship you took by force to escape from Eros. The beta will also feature a multitude of choices with decisions affecting your lives as well as those of others.
Moreover, the beta will feature various weapons, including shotguns, assault rifles, sniper rifles, pistols, and submachine guns. There are also several gadgets to unlock different abilities, including zero-gravity combat, swarms of drones, and more. Lastly, the new Exploit system provides combat opportunities that your companions can utilize to eliminate an entire group of enemies in one go.
In other news, GSC Game World has uncovered the first major story expansion for STALKER 2: Heart of Chornobyl, dubbed ‘Cost of Hope’. Additionally, Bluey is getting another new video game as Bluey’s Happy Snaps was announced during the Xbox Partner Preview event.
