In a new trailer released today, Outright Games announced that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutants Unleashed will launch on October 18, 2024.
The new platforming brawler will be available on PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation 5.
Fans can pre-order the game now, with pricing at $39.99, and today’s trailer also teases physical copies. GameStop will notably have a Collector’s Edition going for $199.99, which includes a variety of collectibles.
TMNT: Mutants Unleashed is set in the same universe as the animated Mutant Mayhem film. Players must contend with the TCRI corporation with the help of April and Splinter.
Today’s new trailer adds that the beloved turtles will also “battle an all-new wave of havoc-wreaking mutants.” Naturally, missions will be set “across the streets of NYC.”
Mutants Unleashed will support both solo and local co-op gameplay. The devs also tease that “it’s filled with action, humour, and nostalgia.”
Outright Games recently announced Transformers: Galactic Trials. It combines both racing and shooting mechanics, and it’s also coming in mid-October 2024.
Besides Mutants Unleashed, fans of the ninja turtles can also look forward to TMNT: Splintered Fate. The latter launches on July 17, 2024, and the devs just announced this week that it will similarly support couch co-op.
There’s also anticipation for a darker take on the turtles, with an action RPG based on The Last Ronin.

Why can’t they make a TMNT game based on the Mirage Studios version or 2003 cartoon version? Those are the best version not this crap!
