Take-Two’s GTA 6 Leaker Subpoenas Namedrop Popular Content Creator

Take-Two’s latest subpoena for the GTA 6 leaker mentions popular Australian content creator DarkViperAU (Matthew “Matt” Judge).

GTA 6 gameplay leaks are getting out of hand, with the alleged leaker coming up with something new each day and also suggesting they have an early build of the game. In response, Take-Two has subpoenaed both Microsoft and Discord to identify the leaker. However, it appears that a well-known GTA content creator has been mentioned in this situation.

DarkViperAU Mentioned in Take-Two’s Discord Subpoena for GTA 6 Leaks

For those curious, Take-Two’s subpoena related to Discord indicates that they are investigating user accounts that interacted with the leaker through a Discord server. Among the accounts mentioned is the ‘DarkViperAU editors’ server (discord.gg/darkviperau). The creator has addressed this situation on X (formerly Twitter).

DarkViperAU’s latest post first mentions the new subpoenas and that he has been named. He goes on to clarify that he doesn’t know anything about the leaks, that the server mentioned is not his editor’s Discord, and that no clips of the leaks have been shared in either of his Discords.

The creator also references a situation where he called out the leaker for not being able to drive, and suddenly ‘Cyberleek can’t drive’ started appearing in the recent leaks. DarkViperAU also states that the leaker may have visited his Discord, but he isn’t sure and is very confused about the situation. The creator also stated that Rockstar hasn’t emailed him yet and feels that if they thought he knew something, they would’ve reached out to him.

  • This is all blind threats by Take2 as usual. They did this to a kid who leaked Borderlands early years ago. Look the US government was supposed to have hearings on all the big tech companies it never happened they were told YouTube would add community notes by noe also never happened.
