The upcoming Star Wars racing game, Star Wars: Galactic Racer, has new details confirmed on its official Steam page.
The game, which was revealed at the 2025 Game Awards, is officially coming on October 6, 2026, according to a new graphic showcasing the pre-order bonuses. Those who pre-order the title will receive a bonus Livery for their Repulsorcraft and an exclusive player Banner that can be used in the multiplayer modes.
That’s just for those who pre-order the standard edition of the game. Depending on how much money you’re willing to spend, there are even more goodies.

The Steam page has also revealed what’s in store for those who pre-order the game’s deluxe edition. In addition to the pre-order bonuses mentioned above, there are also exclusive Vehicles, a digital art book, three exclusive arcade events, and more.

The Star Wars: Galactic Racer™ Deluxe Edition features:
- Three exclusive vehicles: Become the envy of the paddock and pilot the Kor Sarun: Ciza T speeder bike, the Kor Sarun: Darc X landspeeder, and the Kor Sarun: Rak S skim speeder
- Unique Livery for pilots who wish to race in style. Coat any of your speeders with an exclusive Livery inspired by the Naboo N-1 starfighter
- Three Arcade Events for the fearless racers. The Galactic League challenges you to three exclusive Arcade trials designed specifically for your Kor Sarun repulsorcraft
- Deluxe Player Banner containing an exclusive Insignia and Background for multiplayer modes
- Digital Art Book showcasing never-before-seen character, vehicle, and location artwork from the development of Star Wars: Galactic Racer™
As of yet, there are no official price points for either edition of the game. It was recently revealed that the game will launch with Nvidia DLSS 4.5. Insider Gaming will continue to monitor the story and report any updates as more information becomes available.
