Get Every Star Citizen Ship For Just $48,000

That’s right, for one low price of just $48,000, you can be the lucky owner of every ship in Star Citizen, a game that has been in development – but has been playable – for more than a decade and has since raked in far more than half a billion dollars. It’s one of the most valuable projects in gaming history and for more than ten years, it has called itself home to some dedicated players who don’t mind breaking the bank to obtain their digital ships.

Just Buy a Real Space Ship

It was recently revealed that the developer of Star Citizen had released a monumental bundle that contains a whopping 175 ships – ‘all ships released and concerted through 2953.’

It’s called the Legatus 2953 bundle, and it bears a tasty price tag of $48,000. Here’s the description of the bundle taken from the Star Citizen website:

Ahead of all others, this definitive armada is an equal match to the noble title of Legatus Navium. Comprised of over 175 vessels from every manufacturer of note, this perfect collection, including all ships released and concepted through 2953, empowers every fleet commander to forge a lasting legacy, leading humanity towards a brighter future.

Not only does the Legatus bundle include every ship, but it also includes future content that’s yet to be released. It seems mind-boggling that this bundle exists, but it gets better – you can’t buy it unless you’ve already spent a hefty chunk of cash in Star Citizen and made your way into the ‘Chairman’s Club’.

Star Citizen is admittedly one of the most immersive games ever concocted, and it boasts a thriving community that prides itself on being part of a piece of gaming history, even if that piece of history is, at times, completely absurd.

Are you going to spend $48,000 on some digital ships?
