Spider-Man 2 Trial Is Available Now For PlayStation Plus Premium Members

PlayStation has updated the PlayStation Store, and with it comes the launch of the Spider-Man 2 trial for PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers.

Those who are subscribed to the services most-expensive tier, $159.99/£119.99, can play the latest Spider-Man game from Insomniac Games for up to two h ours at no extra cost. Once you hit the two-hour limit, you’ll have to buy the game.

If you do play the trial, all progress and trophies earned while playing will carry over to the purchased full game.

Released back in October for PlayStation 5 (PS5), Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 became the fastest-selling PlayStation Studios game ever. In just 24 hours, the game sold 2.5 million copies. In it’s first 11 days on the market, the game sold over 5 million copies.

Currently, Insomniac Games is working on the game’s New Game Plus mode. The New Game Plus update is expected to come early this year along with other updates to the game.

There’s also been rumors of DLC for the game coming, though nothing has been confirmed just yet.
