Slitterhead’s gameplay trailer has leaked online ahead of the official announcement at Summer Game Fest.
The trailer, which was accidentally made public on the developer’s YouTube channel, has since been made private. However, Twitter user @HazzadorGamin had managed to download it before the mistake was realized. You can see the trailer below:
According to the trailer, Slitterhead is set to launch on November 8, 2024 on the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S|X and PC (via Epic Games Store).
Bokeh Game Studio first announced Slitterhead during The Game Awards 2021, with a very brief teaser trailer.
Slitterhead is the upcoming game from Keiichiro Toyama and Bokeh Game Studio. Toyama has been an industry giant for decades, and fans widely recognize them for creating Silent Hill.

This being crossgen is a plus but the EGS exclusivity could hurt them. Hope it’s good and would love to see them make spiritual successors to Gravity Rush. If Epic is the problem they should bring NetEase as an investor or buyer.
Oh. Oh my. This looks awful.
Where’s Silent Hill f?
This game looks like it could be cool in its own right but it’s not what fans of Silent Hill and Siren were promised? If they wanted to make a action game with Parasite elements they should have been more forward with that. This looks better than the trailer they showed. The game gives me Sleeping Dogs vibes maybe Square can hire them for a sequel.
