A new announcement from Rockstar Games confirms the six in-game radio stations and on-demand podcasts in GTA 6.
Just last month, players were informed about Grand Theft Auto 6: The Album, which is the official soundtrack for the game, featuring 34 songs from artists like Travis Scott, Future, Morgan Wallen, and many more. Now, players have been informed about the radio stations they will have access to in the game.
GTA 6 Radio Station Details
The six new radio stations include Cocoteo FM, which is for modern Latin music; Back Country Radio for country music; AfroBank FM for some African music; The Chamber 106.6 for classic metal from the ’80s and beyond; Flash FM for the best in pop music; and Dirty South Classics with regional rap and hip-hop classics. Players can listen to the previews of these six stations in the Music section of the official site.
For the first time in the Grand Theft Auto series, players will be able to access a series of “on-demand podcasts for Jason and Lucia to experience beyond Leonida’s terrestrial radio.” Players will not only be able to listen to the radio station and podcasts in vehicles, but also on foot with the newly introduced headphones and earbuds connected to their smartphones.
