Resident Evil 4 Remake Village Chief’s Manor Combination Lock Code

During Chapter 2 of the Resident Evil 4 (RE4) remake, you’ll come to the Village Chief’s Manor, which is a large house north of the Abandoned Factory and south of the Village Square. The front door is locked from the inside, but there’s an unlocked door at the back of the house, which opens into a narrow hallway running alongside a staircase. A large dining room dominates the ground floor of the house, and there’s a small room on the east side of the house that has a locked dresser in it. On this dresser is a combination lock, which pretty much guarantees there’s some good loot inside. All you need now is the Resident Evil 4 combination lock code.

What is The Resident Evil 4 Remake Combination Lock Code?

Go back the way you came, and go up the stairs. To the left of the top of the stairs, you’ll find a desk with a typewriter and a red herb on it, and to the right you’ll find a small table with an open book on it. Examine the book and you’ll see that it describes offerings given by peasants to their master. First, the old farmer offered his finest crop, then the swineherd offered his stoutest pig, then the grandam offered her beloved babe. So, this is the combination lock code: crop, pig, babe. By the way, that’s “babe” as in an old-fashioned word for a baby (like, a newborn infant), not “babe” as in Gal Gadot or Alexis Ren.

So, go back down to the locked dresser, and set the image on the left to the two sheaves of wheat, the image in the middle to the pig, and the image on the right to the baby. Hit confirm, and the lock will open, allowing you to get your hands on the Crystal Marble inside.
