Remnant 2 was the best-selling game in July 2023, according to the latest data from Circana.
Where it might surprise some is the fact that the game was released on July 25. That gave it a limited window to climb the charts, and it did so in impressive fashion.
As far as other new releases go, Nintendo’s latest Pikmin title, Pikmin 4, finished sixth for the month while Exoprimal debuted at 16.
However, the biggest surprise of the entire list is the return of an 11-year-old title to the Top 20 in the form of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2. The game makes the jump from 83 to 13 for July. Another old Call of Duty title, Black Ops 3, jumped from 28 to 20 for the month.
