On paper, Rematch is one of the most exciting-looking games in 2025. Its easy-to-understand nature and accessibility encourage friends and unfamiliar teammates to combine and deliver match-winning performances. That said, let’s see if Rematch has Early Access.
Slopclap’s Rematch is the gaming equivalent of Lamine Yamal. It has all the potential in the world, is one of the brightest and most promising talents, but is already still a killer now. Whereas Yamal has lit up the Champions League and La Liga for Barcelona. Rematch’s betas have continued to impress.
With the final Rematch beta behind us, it’s time to look to launch. Do you have to wait for the actual release date? Or can we lace up our boots early?
Can You Play Rematch Early Access?

Rematch has Early Access, meaning you can start making progress and scoring goals long before the official release date.
Sloclap has given Rematch a June 19 release date. As I write this, this isn’t far away at all. However, if you were impressed by the beta, and you’re desperate to strut your skills on hallowed turf before then, the developer has a specific way to do this.
How to Play Rematch Early Access
You need to pre-order either Rematch’s Pro Edition or Elite Edition to ensure Early Access is secured.
Whereas Champions League qualification can be secured by finishing in a certain league position or by winning the Europa League, Rematch Early Access has one clear avenue—buying a superior edition.
Thankfully, Rematch is reasonably priced! So, if you opt for Rematch Pro Edition, it costs $39.99 or £29.99, whereas the Elite Edition asks a bit more of you: $49.99 or £39.99.
Pre-ordering either edition means you now have 72 hours of Early Access. It all depends on how much extra content you want—the equivalent of add-ons in a transfer negotiation.
When Does Rematch Early Access Start? Release Date & Times
Monday, June 16, is when Rematch’s Early Access phase gets underway.
Dates and times vary depending on which region you’re in. We’ve not heard anything else yet, but we imagine it could be a midnight local launch for all platforms. We’ll keep you updated with the latest developments regarding Rematch’s official Early Access start time.
Were you able to play any of Rematch’s beta tests? Have you already secured Rematch’s Pro or Elite to get yourself three days of Early Access to start building your legacy sooner?
