Raccoin Hits New Sales Milestone in 24 Hours
The announcement about Raccoin crossing 100,000 units was shared on their official X account (formerly Twitter). The game was released on March 31 and reached this milestone within the first 24 Hours.
What is Raccoin About?
For players wondering how Raccoin works, they will need to keep an eye out for special coins during their runs, which can be combined with powerful items to create satisfying synergies. There are Seed and Water coins that can be used to grow a tree inside the machine, a Cat Coin can be used to hunt down Rat Coins for extra tickets, a MultiCoin can be used to boost the player’s score, and a TNT Coin will be your best friend as it blasts all the coins to the front.
Additionally, there are more than 150 items to find, which can stack multipliers, spawn coins, make extra points, or even shake the machine. Additionally, there are 6 playable characters with their own themed coins and playstyle. Characters like greedy raccoon managers are good at math-based combos, biologists are good at animal-based coins, and so on. There is an endless run mode, and players can go through 8 difficulty levels.
In other news, Nintendo is reportedly accounting for over 50% of console sales in the UK. Additionally, Capcom has released sales figures for Resident Evil Requiem, stating that the game has already sold over 6 million copies.
