PUBG: Blindspot Statement on Future of Service
Sequoia Yang from the ARC Team shared an update on Steam, revealing that early access will end on Monday, March 30. It is said that the team has been exploring every way to improve the player experience and has concluded that they are no longer able to sustainably deliver the experience they hoped to deliver.
“We understand this may not be the outcome many of you were hoping for.
“PUBG: BLINDSPOT was a bold attempt to explore new possibilities within the top-down tactical shooter space. Throughout this journey, the feedback and support from our players have meant a great deal to the team, and will continue to inform our future development efforts.
“To everyone who believed in the game and supported its direction, we are truly grateful. The ARC Team will take some time to regroup, and we hope to return with new experiences in the future,” the statement read.
Insider Gaming will provide any additional information on the closure of PUBG: Blindspot as it becomes available.
