Moon Studios reminds players that the console versions of No Rest for the Wicked are still in development as development progresses toward version 1.0.
No Rest for the Wicked is an action role-playing game that is currently in Early Access on Steam. Despite being in Early Access for 2 years, the game has managed to captivate players worldwide. Recently, the team celebrated selling 1.5 million copies. Even since that announcement in February, that number has moved up, and the team is now celebrating its two-year anniversary on the market.
No Rest for the Wicked Devs Say They Haven’t Forgotten Console Players
In a post celebrating 2 years since the game entered Early Access, the developers of No Rest for the Wicked stated on Steam that they are still hard at work on the game’s full launch. They also took the time to assure console players that they haven’t been forgotten.
Furthermore, the developers at Moon Studios stated that they wouldn’t be slowing down and they’re proud of the game that they’ve built. They also thanked players not only for supporting them but also for challenging them to do better.
“It’s been TWO YEARS since No Rest for the Wicked entered Early Access. Since then, this game has grown and evolved in ways we could only pull off because of you.
“1.7 million copies sold, and counting. You’ve supported us, challenged us, and pushed us to do better. That’s exactly how we like it. We’re hard at work toward 1.0. And console players, we haven’t forgotten you,” a portion of the message reads.
Moon Studios, which was known prior to the release of this ARPG for the Ori series, plans to raise the game’s price to $60 when the full version finally launches. Learn more about the reasoning behind that decision at this link.
