After a long wait, it appears League of Legends and K-pop fans are finally going to see a K/DA comeback.
Leakers claimed that virtual LoL band K/DA will return later this year, after a six-year gap since the last song release.
Now, evidence has surfaced of a new song and new K/DA skins releasing soon, likely in time for LoL Worlds 2026.
And it appears that LoL boyband HEARTSTEEL will also make a comeback with potential new skins too.
New K/DA 2026 Leaks
Ahri’s addition to Fortnite seemed like a strong hint of K/DA’s return, and that theory appears to have been correct.
A new K/DA song, called “Watch Me”, has been registered on the ASCAP website – a non-profit organization that protects the financial rights of music.
However, it has not been confirmed whether the original members, Miyeon (Ahri) and Soyeon from (G)I-DLE (Akali), Madison Beer (Evelynn), and Jaira Burns (Kai’Sa), will return.
This would be the first K/DA song released since the single ‘MORE’ came out in October 2020.
The band’s EP, ALL OUT, also released in 2020 and just recently exceeded one billion plays on Spotify.
Additionally, a Riot Games merch collector has discovered supposed leaks of new products which may have revealed new K/DA and HEARTSTEEL skin lines.
The leaked merch includes K-pop light sticks and pin bundles for both virtual bands.
And from these, we’ve learned there will be new “K/DA FIRESTARTER” skins releasing for Ahri, Akali, Evelynn, and Kai’Sa.
While Seraphine has featured on a K/DA song, it seems only the original members will get skins.
Meanwhile, the pins also suggest new HEARTSTEEL 2026 skins for Aphelios, Ezreal, Kayn, K’Sante, Sett, and Yone.
