Last week, Epic Games took the gaming world by storm when it launched three new modes in Fortnite — LEGO Fortnite, Fortnite: Rocket Racing, and Fortnite Festival. While each mode as been met with praise, there was some worry of the modes being temporary by those talking on social media.
Epic Games wants you to know that the new game modes in Fortnite aren’t going anywhere.
“Howdy, friends,” the company posted on social media. “[S]eeing some chatter around our newly launched games and people worried that they may not stick around. To clarify: these are brand new games entirely—not LTM’s.
“Fear not! Lego Fortnite, Rocket Racing, and Fortnite Festival are here to stay – with regular updates.”

As of writing, LEGO Fortnite has been the most popular mode in the game since it’s launch on December 7. According to Fortnite.GG, the mode has a peak player count of 2.45 million players with an average concurrent base of over 1 million players.
