Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition Officially Revealed By Microsoft

The Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition is real, and it has been officially revealed by Microsoft. Available starting today (June 24) for $399.99, the announcement confirms the leaks that took place late last week.

“For the first time, we’re thrilled to deliver a Quest headset that not only delivers incredible mixed reality experiences but is also crafted for Xbox fans,” Microsoft corporate vice president of gaming partnerships and business development Lori Wright said.

The Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition includes a black and green Meta Quest 3S headset with 128GB of storage, matching controllers, a “limited-edition Xbox wireless controller”, elite strap, three months of Meta Horizon+, and three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate.

Players will also be able to pair any Xbox wireless controller, adaptive controller, or Xbox Elite wireless controller via Bluetooth.

As far as availability is concerned, the headset is available at Meta.com, Best Buy, Argos, and EE. However, Xbox wants it to be clear that this is a limited edition device. Insider Gaming understands that retailers like Best Buy only received two units per store, meaning if you want it, you’ll have to search or get their quicker than everyone else.

“Once they’re gone, they’re gone,” Wright said. “We’re proud of what we’ve built together with Meta, and we can’t wait for you to dive into everything the Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition has to offer.”
