Marvel Rivals’ upcoming update on August 20 adds Cyclops, Phoenix, and Daredevil bundles, while fixing Lady Loki animation issues and a Hela movement bug.
The news comes directly from the game’s official website, which notes that there will be no server downtime.

Marvel Rivals Fixes Loki and Hela Bugs in August 20 Patch
The new bundles are for two X-Men and one Daredevil.
The costumes for Cyclops and Jean Grey are inspired by the Hellfire Gala outfits for both Heroes. Cyclops’ costume is legendary. Daredevil’s costume is also inspired by the Hellfire Gala, but his is Epic rarity, as is Jean Grey’s. There’s also a matching emote for Scott and Jean.
As for the other bug fixes, there are updates to both Loki’s Twisted Team-Up and Hela’s Zero-G Stall
- Loki’s Twisted Team-Up: Fixed a bug where Lady Loki’s lower-body animations would contort when using the Hela Team-Up Ability (Villain’s Illusion). Illusions are one thing, but anatomical impossibilities are another! The Goddess of Mischief’s posture is now working perfectly as intended.
- Hela’s Zero-G Stall: Addressed an issue where Hela could become paralyzed in place when casting Astral Flock after rising in Thoth’s Wrath zones on Wakanda maps. The Goddess of Death bows to no gravity; she’s back to soaring through the skies of Wakanda unhindered.
