League of Legends Twitch streamer Simon ‘Thebausffs’ Hofverberg has been banned across all of his Riot accounts.
The Swedish content creator, who competed in the LEC earlier this year with Los Ratones, received a three-day ban from the game while he was live on stream.
Known for unorthodox builds and his controversial gameplay where he dies a lot, Baus tried to avoid bans by playing multiple accounts.
But he was then shocked to receive the temporary suspension, exclaiming, “Oh my God, they do cross-ban,” with his hands on his head.
Why Was Thebausffs Suspended From LoL?
Riot Games’ automatic detectors found that Baus had been ruining games for others by dying an exorbitant amount and had received multiple player reports.
In the last match he played before the ban, Baus went 3/18/8 on Vi support in a game where he predominantly ran around, invading level, and barely participating in his own bot lane.
Earlier in the week, on a different account called Streaming Badboy#INT, Baus also went 2/22/9 on Katarina to much of the community’s ire.

Following the Vi ‘support’ game, Baus then received the following message on his LoL client:
“Your account received the following penalties: You’re temporarily suspended for 3 days. You’ll regain access to play on 11/8/26, 9:04 PM. You’ll be automatically signed out when you close this message.
“If you engage in disruptive behavior on this account, you will face harsher penalties.
“Player reports and an automated service found that the account Thebausffs#COOL, an account whose ownership you are associated with, idled, gave up early, or acted in ways that hurt your team’s chances of success.”
Baus did not take the news well, saying:
“Chat, is it against the rules to buy a new account and play on that? I don’t know if I can go three days without playing League.”
