A LEGO promo set of a Mario Kart spiny blue shell has leaked online and will be available soon.
That’s according to X (formerly Twitter) user @BlogsBrick, who posted a picture of the upcoming promo on the platform.
The set, which is called the ‘Spiny Shell’ is a 234 piece set that will apparently be an Insider Reward gift.

According to the leaker, the set is scheduled to be available sometime in May 2025, but an exact date is to be determined.
The blue shell, known as the Spiny Shell is a power-up item originating from Mario Kart 64.
Presumably, the Spiny Shell will be a part of Mario Kart 9 which is currently scheduled to release in June 2025 for the Nintendo Switch 2.
