Xbox Game Pass might well be the best it’s ever been, with recent changes making it a more affordable service once again. Partner that with plenty of games offering early access to some buyers, and there are plenty of ways to pick up new games, but is LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight affected by either of these?
It’s bound to be a question plenty of people have on their minds, as the hype continues to build for the upcoming Caped Crusader adventure. Here’s whether LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is available on Xbox Game Pass, as well as whether there is early access available.
Will LEGO Batman: Legacy Of The Dark Knight Be On Xbox Game Pass?

No, LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight will not be a day-one addition to Xbox Game Pass.
LEGO games are usually popular enough that they can stand on their own feet, and LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight is no different. Considering the hype is through the roof, it should sell just fine on its own, without the need to be added to any subscription services.

That said, the future could tell a different story. At the time of writing, the last TT Games title, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga, is available for Premium Xbox Game Pass subscribers and above. So, give LEGO Batman a few years post-launch, and it could very well arrive on the service—but for now, you’ll have to pay full price.
Does LEGO Batman: Legacy Of The Dark Knight Have Early Access?
Yes, LEGO Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight has a 72-hour early access period for those of you who pre-order the Digital Deluxe Edition.

That means you could dive into Gotham on May 19, instead of the standard May 22 for everybody else. Of course, you’ll also get access to all of the Digital Deluxe Edition content, too, which includes:
- Legacy Collection (Available at Launch)
- Arkham Trilogy Pack, Batman Beyond Pack, and Party Music Pack – Over 30 launch-day items across three (3) themed content packs, each with seven (7) new suits (one [1] per playable character), one (1) new Batmobile, and a set of five (5) Batcave customization props.
- Mayhem Collection (Available Sept. 2026)
- New Mayhem Mode featuring The Joker and Harley Quinn as playable characters with their own abilities, gadgets, and takedowns.
- New Story Mission with The Joker and Harley Quinn breaking out of Arkham Asylum and causing chaos on the streets of Gotham City.
- Sinister Pack – Seven (7) new suits (one [1] per original playable character), one (1) new Batmobile, and a set of five (5) Batcave customization props.
So, if any of that content sounds appealing to you, it could be worth pre-ordering whilst you still have time, so you can get it all earlier, too! Of course, you can always upgrade to the Digital Deluxe Edition post-launch if you change your mind, and you’ll only miss out on the early access.
