Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is racing onto the scene, ready to give Mario Kart: World a run for its money, and we’ve got all the early access details for the title.
Set for full release on September 25, Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds has a stacked roster of characters from the Sega universe and beyond, with a host of exciting cameos bringing other familiar faces onto the grid.
If you’ve had enough of waiting for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds to cross the finish line, here are all the details on how you can jump to the front of the queue with early access.
How to Get Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Early Access
Early access for Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is available through the Digital Deluxe edition of the game, available on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
The Digital Deluxe Edition of Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds comes with the full Season Pass, providing a wealth of post-launch characters, and the Sonic Prime Character Pack. However, the biggest bonus of them all is early access to the full game.
Early access provides the ability to dive into the full game up to 72 hours (three days) ahead of the main release date, putting you in pole position at the front of the grid.
Unfortunately for those on Nintendo Switch, early access is not offered as an incentive with the Digital Deluxe Edition, and you’ll need to wait until the full release on September 25th.
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds Early Access Start Date
Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds is available to play right now in early access, with the window for the early access release now passing.
As shown in the PlayStation Store, there is no wait time to dive into early access. Instead, if you have the Digital Deluxe Edition or are planning to buy it, you can start to race immediately.
Early access began 72 hours before the full launch, and became playable at 9 PM PT/11 PM CT on September 21st, which was midnight ET/5 AM BST/2 PM AEST today (September 22).
With the full game available now with early access, you won’t need to wait any longer to enjoy everything that there is to offer in the title.
